The inspiration for this wonderful glass pendant has come from the natural marking found on sea urchins.
The white spots appear to float on a separate layer above the aqua blue sphere and cast shadows below.
This unique and individual piece of jewellery has been hand made from molten glass by Sarah Wiltshire.
Brightly coloured glass rods are heated by a fiercely hot flame and manipulated and shaped while the glass is fluid. This unusual and highly skilled process is called lampworking.
The item comes complete with sterling silver fittings and 40cm snake chain.
