Painted Seaside Mirror - Large

This full length individually handmade and painted seaside mirror is sure to conjure up a coastal theme with its simple rustic design and weather worn appearance.

It has been handmade by cabinet maker Richard Ward from driftwood and reclaimed materials collected along the beaches of the south coast. The 13 cm deep frame has been painted and lightly distressed using a pale heritage colour.

The action of the sea imparts a special character to driftwood and this in turn gives Richard the inspiration for his creative and functional pieces.
