Navy Blue Day - Painting
Conjuring up blustery days of sail upon choppy seas this painted canvas is simply entitled Navy Blue Day and is by the artist Liz Shedden.

Being pushed in her pram along the beach listening to the tinkling sounds of masts and sails is one of Liz’s’ earliest memories of growing up in Whitstable by the sea.
These memories are reflected in many of her ‘windy‘ seascapes and semi abstract canvases using thick buttery paint, where the sounds of boats in the harbour or moored along the shore are injected with sparkling wind and weather.
Liz has exhibited in many group and solo shows in Kent and here are some comments from collectors:
