Harp Shell

With their strong ribbed surface and colourful patterns, harp shells have always been popular with collectors.

Harp shells belong to a small family of about a dozen species. They are carnivorous and eat crustaceans and inhabit warm shallow waters.

This species of Harpa Articulares is common to the Indo Pacific.
