This conical shaped top shell has been lightly polished to highlight its natural green patterning.
 
The base of the shell reveals a delicate pink spotted design that leads through to a mother of pearl interior.
 
Top shells belong to the large Trochidae family of some hundred species, and can be found worldwide.
